PARTICULARS OF THE COMPANY

  1. COMPANY HISTORY

NICHEM Ventures Limited was incorporated on 24th July, 1992 as a holding company that would oversee the management of the industrial estate established by the Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers (NSChE) and engage in other commercial activities.

In January 1996 NICHEM Industrial Estate Company Limited “NIEL” was incorporated to manage the 100 acres of industrial estate land acquired along Idiroko Road in Ota, Ogun State. The Authorized share capital of the company on incorporation was #10,000,000 divided into 10,000,000 Ordinary shares of #1.00 each.

The incorporation of “NIEL” necessitated that NICHEM Ventures Limited be reorganized to the status of an Engineering Consultancy/Business Development outfit as a result of which the Board of Directors of the company was reconstituted in 1996 with late Engr. S.A. Kufeji – a seasoned Chemical Engineer, as Chairman.
